By accessing or using Blood Cloud services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Blood Cloud provides VPS hosting, cloud hosting, dedicated servers, and related infrastructure services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4. Payment Terms
All services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected. Payments are due at the start of each billing period. Late payments may result in service suspension.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on VPS and Cloud plans. Dedicated servers have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any illegal activities, including but not limited to: sending spam, hosting malicious content, conducting DDoS attacks, or distributing copyrighted material without authorization.
7. Service Level Agreement
We guarantee 99.9% network uptime. In the event of downtime exceeding this threshold, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
Blood Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Accounts may be suspended immediately for violations of these terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or service announcements.
